The whole story
Coming from a long line of Freemasons and the Eastern Star, Rene Laveau treats music as the public-facing branch of a private lineage. The Society of the Silver Line — Rene's ongoing project — is the community that lineage produces: a space for information and community to flow with each other and nature, with less of the negative connotations a secret society usually carries. Anyone could join. No relation to Masonry required.
The records arrive under the same logic. Animal, streaming now via United Masters, opens that door — the first-person, lineage-rooted writing wrapped in cosmic production. The HVN RTH merch line is the other door: limited-run, place-and-date stamped pieces (the inaugural drop shipped from Clayton's Beach Bar at SPI Spring Break 2026) that turn the audience into a literal congregation.
On May 15, 2026, Rene opens for Lil Xan at Empire Garage in Austin — a co-bill that puts the Society's sigil in front of a wider room and announces the next phase of the project.
